We have our own maintenance division that handles the vast majority of maintenance tasks. That way we can guarantee value and performance and don’t rely on third parties. We have a 24/7 emergency maintenance line for emergency repairs.
Inspections
We conduct thorough inspections at move-in and at move-out. We also conduct mid-term inspections if so chosen by the property owner. Inspections are done by our own maintenance division and there is a detailed electronic report with detailed pictures and descriptions.
Enforcement
Our Care team is continuously engaged with the tenants, answers questions and provides advice. This includes reminding tenants of lease rules and managing enforcement if necessary. The Care team also helps set up utility accounts and monitors utility payments

With us, you’re never going to pay two leasing fees in a 12 month period. If a tenant placed by Rent Lucky breaks their lease within the first twelve months, we will find a replacement renter for FREE.
If an approved pet damages your home, and the damage exceeds the pet damage deposit, we will cover the additional cost up to $1,000 per pet (Emotional Support Animals cannot be regulated by RentLucky and are therefore not covered).
